Clipwipe is a free tool with no account and no server that touches your files, so these terms are short. Using the site means you accept them.
What Clipwipe is
Clipwipe is a free web tool that removes the visible watermark from AI-generated video, merges clips, and re-encodes the result. All of that work happens inside your own browser. There is no account to create, nothing to pay, and no file is uploaded to us, because there is no server on the processing path at all.
Because your device does the work, what you can process depends on your own browser, memory and hardware, not on a plan or a quota.
Your content is your responsibility
You may only use Clipwipe on video you own or otherwise have the right to modify. You are solely responsible for what you process and for what you then do with the result.
Removing a visible watermark does not give you any ownership or licence you did not already have. It does not change the terms of the service that generated the video, and it does not remove Google's invisible SynthID marking, so a processed file can still be identified as AI-generated. If you are not sure whether you have the rights to a clip, check its terms or get permission before using this tool on it.
Do not use Clipwipe to infringe anyone's copyright, to strip attribution you are required to keep, or to pass AI-generated video off as something it is not.
Provided as-is, with no warranty
Clipwipe is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. In particular: results vary with the footage, some files will not process at all, the reconstructed area under a watermark is an approximation rather than the original pixels, and re-encoding is not lossless.
Always keep your original files. Do not treat Clipwipe's output as your only copy.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Clipwipe and its author are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost or corrupted files, lost time or work, or any claim brought against you over content you processed. Since the tool is free and processes nothing on our side, your remedy is to stop using it.
Availability and changes
The site is offered free of charge with no guarantee of availability. It may change, break, or be taken down at any time, and features may be added or removed without notice. No refunds are possible or necessary, because nothing is ever charged.
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
